The homologation assistance service (HAS) and Child support recalculation / Service administratif de rajustement des pensions alimentaires (SARPA)
The Homologation Assistance Service (HAS) and the Child support recalculation service / Service administratif de rajustement des pensions alimentaires pour enfants (SARPA) can help you recalculate or modify child support payments already decided by a tribunal.

For these services in particular, the financially ineligible applicant may be eligible for legal aid. In this case, they must pay the cost of the service, i.e. :

$558 (subject to indexation) for HAS;
$50 administrative fee (as of July 3, 2020) for SARPA.
