Our team of lawyers at Legal Aid Outaouais, Youth section, can represent you and answer your questions in many areas of law, some of which are specifically covered by the Legal Aid Act, while others are covered on a discretionary basis:

Cases pursued under the Youth Protection Act, such as:

The protection of children and their rights;
Endangerment of a child’s security or development;
Adoption;
Tutorship or Guardianship;
Emancipation;
Deprivation of parental authority;

Cases pursued under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, such as:

Infractions against individuals;
Infractions against property;
Drug related infractions;
